Who I am
I'm Riley Durrer. I help small-to-mid companies eliminate manual work using automation and AI, and I'm not interested in selling you things you don't need.
Why I work this way
The consulting world has a lot of people selling AI right now. A lot of them are overselling, calling things "AI" that are really just prompts, promising automation that breaks the moment it meets a real workflow.
I started this practice because I think there's a market for the opposite: someone who tells you honestly where AI fits and where it doesn't, who works inside the tools you already use rather than asking you to rip everything out, and whose goal is real operational gain, not an impressive demo.
